Chasys Draw IES is a set of four separate programs: image editor (Artist), browser (viewer), a batch converter (inverter) and RAW digital camera image processor (raw image). The main draw for most people will be Chasys Draw Artist, a powerful image editor with all the tools necessary to perform quite complex changes in the images. It can also be used to create new drawings from scratch or as an icon creator / editor as well.

The power and versatility of the program can be installed simply by looking at the toolbar - no less than 36 options are available here, and most of these options are available with various sub-options too. Take a clone brush as an example - can be cloned using the final image, which is what most of the tools offer, but you can also clone using the current layer or one directly below it. All are backed by extensive documentation, written in plain English and packed with detail.
